Kyler woke up first, and we needed to wake Ilea up. We went in and he called her name loudly. She rolled over and I told Kyler to kiss her. He pulled up her shirt and asked "Kiss her boo boo?" I said yes. He said, "Hmmm. Where is it?" She had a bruise on her back which has faded. So he pointed, "Here? Or here? Or here?" He finally kissed her in the middle.

After nap time, I thought I heard him on the monitor. So I went upstairs. He was still sleeping, but opened his eyes. I said, "I thought you were awake, baby." And he put his arms up under the back of his head, and stretched, and said with a smile, "No, sleeping".

All in all, Kyler is talking so much more. He uses articles in sentences now, and can say Ilea's name. He also says "Me-do!" ALL the time. He can get up and down off his changing table, undreses himself, sometimes dresses himself. He goes potty once in a while, and can open the door on the new van.

Ilea is singing a lot more recently. She loves the song from Spirit. She doesn't sing it very well, but she does belt it out. It's very funny. She also makes up songs a lot. She only mispronounces a few words. One is Aminal - which is in the Zaboo song, which she also likes to sing.

This morning he said:

K: Daddy ate my food!

J: When did daddy eat your food?

K: At McDonalds! Daddy ate my food!
