Easter! In the morning we woke up Kyler first and showed him his Easter basket. We let him have 1 M&M. Then Kipp put Kyler's basket in his crib while we went to get Ilea, thinking it would be safe. While we were getting Ilea up, Kipp noticed that Kyler had left. Kipp went back to find Kyler sitting in the crib stuffing his face. OK - he can climb in. But not out... it's a much longer drop...So during nap, which Kipp left him in his Easter suit, we heard noises on the monitor and turned it up to listen. He was talking for a while, then we heard a strange rustling noise. Finally Kipp goes up to check it out. Kyler got out, got the Desitin, and the container of baby wipes, and got back INTO the crib. He applied liberal amounts of desitin to his shirt, pants, and the inside of the crib, then pulled out every single baby wipe to clean it up. It was a mess!

The kids did have some fun Egg hunts. Sat we went to Auburn Family Fun center,where Kyler had his birthday party, and had an egg hunt with some friends from church. It was a lot of fun. On Sun we went to church, then in the afternoon had an egg hunt in the neighborhood. It's always fun, and luckily it didn't rain this year. Our friends Aga and Nathan came over for the egg hunt and dinner. We had a nice visit.

At MOPS yesterday, the nursery worker came and found me, and asked if I had a change of clothes for Kyler. I said no, why? Turns out while he was wearing his overalls (which he needs cause he's so skinny), he reached in and undid his diaper. Shortly after, he pooped. The poor ladies in there had a mess! The worker told me Kyler was currently in socks and a diaper. I was able to borrow some clothes for the trip home.

Today, Kyler did a repeat! He was upstairs this morning, while I was down, and I went to check on him. He is trying to change his own dirty diaper! He had unzipped his footsie pj, took the dirty diaper off and put it in the diaper genie (amazing), and then got a wipe and tried to clean up. Unfortunately, by this time he had poop on his chest, fingers, all over pj, legs, etc. Gross! We went and took a shower.
