Friday morning while we were eating breakfast, Kyler grabs a piece of scratch paper, writes something, and shows it to me.

K: Mom, can you read this?
M: Yes, it says "it".
K: I just actually wrote that in cursive! Can you believe that?!"
I: Cursive is for 3rd Graders....
K: We just started it for the whole class! (He's in a 2nd/3rd grade split). I'll do it again.
M: Do you know any other letters? (thinking I could put together other words for him besides "it".)
K: No. I'll just keep doing this one. Don't you love this little one? It's so cute!
