Ilea's Incredible

Ilea read this book called "How things work". It was a pretty big book, with information on everything - how machines work, how household electronics work, boats, cars, tons of things. It shows insides and is not really written in simple terms. I would say it might be a Jr High level book? Maybe a little easier. It took her about a week, but she read every page. She loved it! This was about a month or two ago.

So today Kyler came into the room and said he had bad news. The kids' toilet doesn't work. It won't flush. We have this problem often (I think we have the worlds smallest pipes!). I told Kyler that Kipp or I would fix it later. Ilea said very seriously, "I think I can fix it. It should only be one of two problems. I read about how toilets work in my book, and I think I can figure it out. If not, I can look it up in my book!"
