I'm having LASIK done this Thursday. I went to my first appointment with Dr. Lomas this morning and everything went fine. The only thing that has worried me is if my cornea thickness was ok to have the surgery. My cornea was 649 microns. They need to have 380 micron (for the flap I assume) and 14 microns for each diopter measurement. They said I was at -7.75 so I was well within the thickness requirements. So I'm scheduled to go in on Thursday @ 2:15. I cannot wait to get the surgery because I'm getting very sick of wearing my glasses.
